Day Trip in Ulaanbaatar Area

The trip offers you to enjoy the nearest and most famous tourist destinations from Ulaanbaatar, Gorkhi-Terelj National Park, and the Chinggis Khaan Equestrian Statue (Tsonjin Boldog Complex). The statue with 40 meters in height is considered the world's largest equestrian statue. The main purpose of the trip is to see the southwestern region nature of the Khenti Nuruu Mountain range, which is the southern end of the Siberian taiga.

KHUSTAIN NATIONAL PARK

: We take a tour to the 110km southwest of Ulaanbaatar, Khustain Nuruu where Mongolia’s wild horses (takhi) are preserved and protected. The takhi also registered as “Przewalski’s horse” in the world’s biology foundation, became extinct in the wild, and between 1992 and 2004, with assistance from international environmental agencies, the takhi were reintroduced into Mongolia at Khustain National Park. In addition to the takhi, in the region, you can see populations of maral (Asiatic red deer), steppe gazelle, marmot, and suslik.
